So this year feels kind of like a race at times. I have set these goals for myself and I need to keep up with them or I will fall too far behind. It can be stressful and worrisome, but also exhilarating. Knowing that I am working towards accomplishing my goals feels accomplishing.
The last two weeks we have had family visiting.
It was wonderful to spend time with everyone. Now I need to re-evaluate where I am at. So here I am updating my progress:
Yesterday was the end of 14 weeks:
12 tutorials are up and I am 2 behind
13 sewing tips are up and I am 1 behind
We are now in the 4th month of the year and...
I have only released 1 pattern!
Do I feel like a slacker? yes! Totally!
A second pattern is written and tested. I just need to take cover photos.
A third pattern is in the works. The photos were done by a photographer and I just need to finish writing the pattern.
A fourth pattern is started. I need to grade the pieces and then send off the prototype for photos.
I have also been contemplating writing up a pattern for the Shadow Play quilt.
Finally, Monthly Pattern Reviews:
I am on track! Woohoo!
I have written 3 reviews and am working on one for this month.
All in all not doing falling too far behind on this race. I've decided to enjoy the run!
And, here's to catching up this week and next!
Look for double the tutorials and sewing tips the next weeks.
